Java Word Comparison not handling nunmbering well

Hi,
See the attached comparison of documents:
Services-Agreement-1.docx
Services-Agreement-2.docx

the numbering around 6.2© and 11.4 is not correct.
It was better using version 15.4 than it is with 17.4 - both outputs attached.
The main issue is that the first © and 11.4 is removed where it should not be. The output makes it look like the text is unnumbered with the numbering continuing in the next paragraph.

I don’t think there are any currently any options available to improve this output. I have tried using the new CompareOptions which allows formatting and/or header/footers to be ignored. We were doing this via our own code prior to this release. We were also ignoring changes to images.

Justin.
