Hi,


Could you please explain which cells functionality would be affected if we omit this jar?
Is it used throughout cells or just in a specific area such as exporting to PDF?

Thanks for your query.

Well, it is basically the streaming API for XML operations and only needed for JDK1.4/1.5. For JDK1.6, it is the built in APIs.
