Keep a leading space in a Segment in Heading

Dear Supporters,

I can not figure out the problem:

We need bullet and hyperlink so using Heading and Segments for hyperlink and plain text. e.g.

. www.nhs.uk for health care ... needs a hyperlink Segment and a plain text Segment.

How can I keep the leading space in the plain text segment? IsSpace is only work for Text class.

I used the following xml to test and got correct result:

IsUnderline="true">www.nhs.uk
for health care
