Please see attached screenshot and Word file for comparison. The kerning / letter spacing in PNG version of the document is problematic – the breaks between letters are too large. Any thoughts on how to avoid this?

Here’s a comparison between Word and Aspose’s PNG output. They have different approaches to justifying text, which creates some problematic spacing overall, but especially in the two sections highlighted in yellow and in green.

Perhaps, you’re using an older version of Aspose.Words; as with the latest version of Aspose.Words, I was unable to reproduce this issue on my side. I would suggest you please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words i.e. v11.5.0. You can download it from the following link:

We are running 11.5.0 – I always update to the latest version before contacting support!
The PDF export is just fine, but the PNG export is problematic. I’ve attached the PNG file that is generated from 11.5.0. You can see the letter spacing issues in the Purpose paragraph.
