Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese were broken when converting a document to pdf by using "Aspose.Total for Java"

Hi,

I am using “Aspose.Total for Java” and developing pdf conversion program from word, powerpoint and excel by using Aspose library.
I am using “aspose-words-21.1-jdk16.jar” and “aspose.slides-15.1.0-jdk16.jar”, “aspose-cells-20.12.jar”.

  1. Whenconverting a Korean document to pdf, character was broken(garbled) as a square shape.
Batang and BatangChe font is no problem, the other fonts were broken.

  2. When converting a Chinese document to pdf, some characters appear blank in the middle.
For example, original is “请给我看一下菜单”, converted is "请 我看 下菜 ".

  3. When converting a Vietnamese document to pdf, some characters appear blank in the middle.
For example, original is “Du lịch cần thiết”, converted is “Du lịch c n thiết”.

Could you please check it?

Best Regards,
James

For Aspose.Slides, you are using an extremely old product version that is no longer supported. Please consider using Aspose.Slides for Java 20.12 instead of old version.

Secondly, for issues concerning to improper rendering of Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese characters in exported PDF, please first verify that if the fonts used in source documents, presentations and excel files are actually available or installed on your machine where rendering is performed. One usually, observe such issues when the used fonts are not available on machine where rendering is done. Can you please ensure this?
