Thanks for sharing the document. We have tested the scenario using latest version of Aspose.Words for Java 18.8 and have not found the shared issue. However, we have noticed that the position of text (2018年6月13日下发) is changed in output HtmlFixed. For the sake of correction, we have logged this problem in our issue tracking system as WORDSNET-17332. You will be notified via this forum thread once this issue is resolved.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-17332) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 18.11 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 18.11 update.
