I have tested the cells related issue and following are the findings:

  1. The file 2推荐供应商评测记录表.xls is converted fine using latest version Aspose.Cells for Java 19.8.x. Please give it a try using latest version and share the feedback.

  2. Regarding the conversion of 反洗钱宣传资料汇总表.xls, exception is raised as follows:
    javax.imageio.IIOException: Invalid icc profile: duplicate sequence numbers
    We have logged the issue in our database for investigation and for a fix. Once, we will have some news for you, we will update you in this topic.

We have tested the scenario using the latest version of Aspose.Words for Java 19.8 and have not found the shared issue. So, please use Aspose.Words for Java 19.8.
