Using ASPOSE.Cells version 24.7
Behavior - excel macro enabled file; custom function handling (2 cells in the worksheet); one cell has a very simple LET function.
Before calling the CalculateFormula(CalculateOptions opts), the LET function is evaluated fine. After the call, it becomes #VALUE!.

After initial testing, I was able to reproduce the issue as you mentioned by using your template Excel file and sample code segment. I found an issue with the LET function calculation.
