Licence expired?

Hi,

We have Aspose.Cells on our website producing Excel files for our users. In the last couple of days the system has stopped creating spreadsheets. No code has changed on the site for a number of months.

They only way we can make the program work is to remove the Aspose.Cells.Lic file, but of course the spreadsheets then contain an evaluation warning.

Does the .lic file expire? We having been using aspose.cells for about 1 year.

Regards, Andrew.

Hi,

Do you get some exception? If this is the case, could you give us the complete exception message?

For your information, when you purchase/obtain the license for any product e.g Aspose.Cells for .NET or any other product provided by Aspose, you are eligible to use new versions or bug fixes of the product that are released in the next whole year. The license would never be expired unless you use any version/fix of the product that will be released after your expiry date. So, check your subscription expiry date to know whether you can use latest versions or not (you may open your license file into notepad and check the expiry date), if new version/fix was released after your expiry date, only then you need to upgrade your subscription.

Thank you.
