I would rather prefer to get the final licence rather than a temporary license that would need to be replaced at some point and having the risk of ending in the same situation again.
Can you also please let me know if you have tried the 2 temporary licence i have provided (aspose pdf for reporting services and the aspose pdf product family) ?
If yes, did it work only for the product family licence like it was for me ?
If not, can you try it to see if this is related to the aspose pdf for reporting services ?
I agree that it is inconvenient, but I cannot be sure that the problem will be solved quickly. If you have the opportunity, you can wait for the fix, it may not take long. But in case you need the full result in the meantime, have a temporary license.
I just looked at the format of the licenses that worked in full mode. I attached both temporary licenses to the issue and indicated that it only worked with one of them. So the development team has this information and maybe they will do these checks. Lic_3.png (49.3 KB)
I got contacted by your sales department and they have delivered a temporary license for Aspose PDF for Reporting Services and like I thought this is not working.
I asked him to provide me with a temporary Product family license and as expected it worked.
I assume you guys have a problem with the “for Reporting Services” license.
Would that work for you to provide us with a Product Family license ?
Do you have any update from the development team ?
I can’t use a temporary license in my production environment, this cannot be considered as a solution.
At this stage, we have 3 solutions
Solution 1: If my assumption is correct, you can easily locate the issue and fix it quickly
Solution 2: if this can’t be fixed quickly, can you provide me with a final product family license instead that should then work if my assumption is correct
Solution 3: if none of these 2 solutions works for you, can i get a refund as i purchased a product that is not working ?
By quick fix i mean by the end of the week as we need a solution that works, if not possible we need to look for another tool.

The development team found the cause and started working on fixes.
We assumed that they had time while you had a temporary license.
Why are you not satisfied with this option?
I asked the development team to estimate the time frame for fixing it.
We’ve been looking into this product for years already, and were originally interested by the Text Justify that is also listed as a feature on your product but I know this feature never worked and recently created a case on you forum. I was told you were aware of this feature that is not working.
Do you know if by any chance now that I have purchased the license, if this can help having ressources on your side looking into this feature ?

I checked with the development team - they replied that this option should work in 24.05. It did not work only in one specific case: if there is a Rectangle around the Textbox at some nesting level - this was fixed in the latest version.
You probably mean this thread Aspose.PDF for ReportingServices - Justify does not work ?
It was created in 2023 and the status of the corresponding task is shown as closed.
Please try again (with the latest version) and if the problem is still observed, create a new thread with a description and data for reproduce issue.

Yes, create topics (separate, not here so as not to confuse one with the other) with a description of how to reproduce the problem. The development team will try to fix it and in any case, thank you for helping to improve the product.
