License is disabled when use aspose-cells-18.7

I have a valid license that purchase at 2018-01, and SubscriptionExpiry is 20190111.

But When I use the lastest version aspose-cells-18.7, It throws a exception
Exception in thread “main” com.aspose.cells.CellsException: This license is disabled, please contact Aspose to obtain a new license.

How can I resolve this issue?
