We currently own a license to develop and distribute Aspose.Excel which has worked great. we have recenly upgraded our application to .Net 2.0 and we now get a license corrupt error message! Do we need to upgrade to Aspose Cells? Is there a fix for Aspose Excel? If we can upgrade how much would it be?

Yes, you have to upgrade to Aspose.Cells as the older Aspose.Excel has some licensing issues on .Net 2.0. And Please check: http://www.aspose.com/wiki/default.aspx/Aspose.Corporate/HowToUpdateProductName.html.
When you upgrade to Aspose.Cells, following APIs are changed.
Following classes are changed:
Excel -> Workbook
ExcelDesigner -> WorkbookDesigner
ExcelHelper -> CellsHelper

There may be some other changes: older apis are enhanced and some new members are also added, some brand new apis are added based on some advanced features etc. If you find any problem, do ask us and we will give you briefing soon.
