License Watermark Issue in PPT

Hi,

We see the attached watermark which says License is not present on the Server.

When we copy the license file from a different environment, it works fine temporarily but it again comes back later in a day or two. This has happened several times till now.

Product Name - Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services

Product Version - 4.8.1

License type - Site OEM

Please suggest on what needs to be done to have this resolved. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,
Sridevi

Also, Can you please confirm if it is a free upgrade for the below products if we already have the license for the lower versions mentioned in my post?

Thanks,
Sridevi

Hi Sridevi,

Thank you for the details.

Which API are your using? Aspose.Slides for .NET or Aspose.Slides for Reporting Services. As you cannot use the license of one API in another. In your above details, both the APIs are mentioned, so we are not clear what you are using.

Regarding the API upgrade, you can use any version of the API which is released within the time of your license subscription expiry.

Please share the details with us and we will get back to you accordingly.

Thanks & Regards,
