I have two questions:
it is possible that this problem arose by uploading the 64-bit version of MS Word
is there a way around this problem before it is corrected.

@benestom The issue is already resolved in the current codebase. The fix will be included into the next 24.6 (June 2024) version of Aspose.Words. It will be released within a week or so. We will be sure to let you know once it is available.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-26982) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 24.6 update also available on NuGet.
