Link the Embedded Attachment to the Text

Hi,

I have a requirement like reading an existing PDF file . At the same time I need to provide a hyperlink called "Click here to open the attachment1" at the end of the document.

For e.g
there is a file called "Test.docx" is embedded to "Abc.pdf"
and "Abc.pdf" have a table in which the file name(Test.docx) is mentioned in one of the cell
I want to link the embedded file with the icon to this filename.


What is the best way to do this?
