Hi Aspose team,
in attached project you have PDF document created with Nitro. Problem here is that there are some links which I am not able to identify with my coding (I am checking LaunchAction and GoToURIAction) but obviously they are creating links somehow different.
Any chance to provide guidance?

We were able to replicate the issue in our environment while using Aspose.PDF for .NET 19.11 and logged it as PDFNET-47263 in our issue tracking system. We will further look into details of the issue and keep you posted with the status of its correction. Please be patient and spare us little time.
