Data loss when converting html with lists to xlsx file using Aspose Cells

Hi,

We are trying to converting Html with list to excel using Aspose cell, but the output file does not have any data and is empty. we are using latest Aspose cell release 23.3. we were able to reproduce this issue on aspose demo converter as well.
