ListBox Does Not Recognize Selection Changes

If I open a spreadsheet in Excel containing a multi-select ListBox, remove a selection by clicking on a selected item, then save and open the same worksheet from Aspose, the ListBox.IsSelected() method thinks the item is still selected. Please see attached example program. BTW, I am using the latest release of Cells.


  1. Unzip the solution
  2. Open C:\Aspose Issue\ExcelListBoxIssue\ListBoxIssue.xlsx in Excel
  3. Click on the J2 item to deselect it and save the file.
  4. Run the example
  5. Note the value of lst.IsSelected(1) is still selected


What am I missing?

I was able to see the problem using the latest version:
Aspose.Cells
for .NET v7.1.2.5

We have logged this issue in our database. Development team will look into this issue and once the issue is fixed or some update relating to it is available, we will let you know asap.
