ListMessages not finding emails without CCs on Office365

We have a major system outage because of issue EMAILNET-34971.
Our system processes hundreds of emails daily for inventory processing.
This used to be a manual process done by three people, and a couple of years ago we automated the process using the Aspose.Email product. It was completely autonomous until a few days ago.
What is the timeline for a fix on this issue? What will the fix entail? Will this be a dll replacement or something more involved?

It is mission critical for us that we are able to process these emails automatically ASAP.

We have already shared your concerns with the product team. They are looking into this and we shall write back here as soon as some feedback is received in this regard.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as EMAILNET-34971) have been fixed in this update.
