Load mail: subject and attachment name appears as ? (question mark) instead cyrillic letters

I’ve developed an email application for the international use.
One test case is to load EML files and read the subject and attachements name of russian/cyrillic mails.

In the subject and the attachments name all cyrillic letters/characters was replaced by ?/question marks. The content of body is correct.

I use the following code to load the mail:

var mail = MailMessage.Load(@“C:\Test.eml”, MessageFormat.Eml);
var subject = mail.Subject;

For more information, please have a look at “code.png” and the mail “Test.eml” in “Mail.zip”.
If you open the “Test.eml” file in normal mail client like Microsoft Outlook everything is okay.

I used the Aspose.Email Version 1.5. I tried the latest version of Apose.Email (Version 4.8) also, but same issue.

Thanks for your support

Once there is any information available in this regard, I'll update you here via this thread.
