Local hyperlinks between concatenated files

Is it possible to use local hyperlinks from one concatenated file to another? If i place an hyperlink in one document and a heading with the target id in the other document, the link does not function after concatenating the documents. Is there any way possible to do this?

I need this because i have to include converted documents in the pdf and link to them from an index.

Hi cxrlx,

I am sorry that the kit don't support this function you expressed in the post, because the link to a destination in another document can not be converted into a local link. I think it is difficult to finish such task, the acrobat aslo can not support it.
