Lost template style when I print my document

Hello, I am currently in the process of validating your tools to determine if we will buy.
I created a Word 2007 document containing text formatted with a table and also formatted.
When I open the document to print Aspose.Word I lose my formatting. After some tests, I realized that I lost only the "default formatting". Indeed, if I explicitly defined the format, although Aspose.Word found items.
My conclusion is that Aspose.Word can not find the elements of Normal.dotm and / or normal.dot.
How can I make sure to have these elements? Whether it Aspose.Word or Word.
I saw a few posts on this topic but no answer, as I said, it is question of whether we take your product, so an answer would be welcome, thank you.

Hi<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Thanks for your request. I see few problems upon rendering your document.

1. Paragraph spacing after is lost. This is a known issue #6102 in our defect database.

2. Formatting of the table is lost. I logged this problem to our defect database as issue #7100.

I will notify you as soon as these issues are fixed.

Best regards.

Thank you and hope to hearing from you, I present your product that we could agree if there was no such inconvenience.

Hi<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Thanks for your request. Unfortunately, both issues are still unresolved. I will notify you as soon as they are fixed.

Best regards.

Is there any news?

I began to have difficulty to explain to my clients why printing does not match what they entered in Word.

Because that is why I bought Aspose. Able to print on a server without Word.
Best regards
