Lost the ability to export to Word(doc) format with latest version

I'm running SQL Server 2000 with Reporting Services. After installing the latest version, Aspose.Words for Reporting Services 2.3.0.0 I no longer have the option in the export list to export reports to word (DOC) format (DOC – Word Document via Aspose.Words).

Can you help?

1. Did you use the MSI installer to upgrade or simply replaced the dll?

2. What version you used prior to upgrade?

Hi,

Yes, I used the MSI installer.

Unfortunately I'm unable to check the version of the old installation, however the old installation file is dated 15/08/2007

Could you please check whether the C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\ Reporting Services\ReportServer\RSReportServer.config file contains the following entry:

…

…

Or you can simply attach it here to let me check it.

Strangely, I installed it again today and it now works.

I found the stated line in the file mentioned above.
