We are getting the following exception
Exception–>java.lang.IllegalStateException: Mail merge regions TSNOB and CLIENTB overlap. Two regions cannot start/end in the same paragraph or occupy the same table row.

There are several regions in the same paragraph. You should use separate paragraphs for each region.
