Doing MailMerge, I just tested successfully that I can insert tabs and line breaks and they get successfully expanded (e.g. a string with “123\t456\r\nabc\tdef”).
Now my question is: Can I do some slightly enhanced formattings, too? What would be enough is to do bold-formatting (and optionally italic-formatting).
If this is possible, what would be the syntax?
If this is NOT possible, I already thought of inserting special placeholders like e.g. “{{bold}}” and “{{/bold}}” and then, after MailMerge, replace it by myself with the actual formatting.
Would this second option be possible? If yes, could you kindly provide a short example? If no, would there be another option to acchive my goal?
