Make left margin even without disturbing paragraphs

An existing PDF has an uneven left margin. I want to make the margin even without disturbing the paragraphs.

The orange lines should line up with the red line. You can see the problem clearly in Wondershare PDF.

I am afraid you can not align the paragraphs of existing PDF file for making a margin even because PDF is fixed layout format.

How about copying it to a new PDF with even margins.
