In the project I use a lot of shapes to work with VISIO, and often get an error from the wizard, because there these figures may not be there. Is there any master who contains all the shapes of VISIO? Or how can I be in this situation.

There is no such special Master which incorporates all shapes. A shape is an extended form of the Master, and you can include all Masters from existing Visio drawing or stencil file. Please refer to this help topic: Working with Masters
