MAX Date of several dates

Dear all,

I have a several dates on a spreadsheet.

I want to get the older one, usally I would use MAX(C3,C4,D6,D8) to get it, however it seams that the GridWeb MAX function doesn't handle date values.

Is this right or there is anything I can do to get the older date?

Best regards,

Nelson Ruivo

Hi,

Thanks for pointing it out.

We will figure it out soon.

Thank you.

Hi!

Is it possible to implement a function using Aspose library and extend the availlable functions?

The idea is to implement a MAXDATE function.

Nelson Ruivo

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion,

We will soon check its feasibility if we can support this.

Thank you.

Maybe I wasn't clear in my question.

I want to know if I can implement that function, and extend the Aspose library by myself while I wait the Aspose library is changed to support Date handling in MAX function.

I'm not suggesting you to implement a MAXDATE function.

Thanks,

Nelson Ruivo

Hi,

The GridWeb control provides a interface to let you extend the formula functions. Use WebWorksheets.RegisterCustomFunctionHandler method to add a new function handler. Please check the API reference.

Thank you.
