Memory issues with Java Apose.PDF

@curmas, @eric.w.sachse

Thanks for contacting support.

In each release of the API we incorporate improvements in terms of performance and introduce new methods. The above mentioned methods is effective in a multi-threaded environment and helps reducing memory consumption. Furthermore, you may also please use Document.Dispose() method after saving or processing a particular PDF document. It would also help improving the performance.

Please note that performance related issues are complex in nature and need time to get resolved. As the issue is dependent upon many internal components of the API, we need to investigate it in details. As shared earlier, we already have incorporated some improvements in latest version of the API, however the issue is not completely resolved yet due to some pending tests.

Please note that, we surely realize significance of the issue and are working on investigating it. As soon as we have some definite updates regarding its rectification, we will surely notify you in this thread. We highly appreciate your patience and comprehension in this regard. Please spare us little time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFJAVA-36865) have been fixed in Aspose.PDF for Java 19.10.
