Merge Cells bug?

Is there a limit to the number of merge cells that can used. Every time I get past around 1027 merged cells the created file will no open correctly. I get an error about unable to read the file twice, then excel opens with a repaired version of the file. All formatting and a lot of the data is missing.

It’s a bug. I did not think of creating so many merged cells in a worksheet. Please wait for a few days. I will fix it as soon as possible.
