We have just upgraded to Aspose.Words version 10.5.00 and we now notice that if a datatable in a dataset has no rows then the mergefields are left “unmerged”. In the screenshot below (hopefully it is visible), the “BILLY BEUFORD BOGUS” is the result of a doc.MailMerge.ExecuteWithRegions. The datatable for the TableStart_Codefendants was empty, so you now get the behavior seen below. This is new and just started when we went to 10.5.00.
Attached is the Word document in question. This is happening in multiple documents in multiple installations.
