Merged table cell borders are not set correctly

I have a table with merged cells and when I set the merged cell’s borders, only the border of the first cell of the merged group are set. The only way to set them as you want is to set the borders of cells surrounding the merged cell (which is very hack-ish solution).

I have a demo project attached that demonstrates the problem.

Isn’t this a bug ? I mean, PowerPoint doesn’t work like that and when you set the background fill of the cell with Aspose Slides it gets set for the whole merged cell. Why cell borders are different ?

Thanks,
Kostas.
