Is there any way we can list only those messages from PST that have attachments? We dont want to extract each message and then check if it has attachments or not. This will consume lot of our application time.

Aspose.Email provides PersonalStorageQueryBuilder class that you can use to filter messages in a PST file as per your need. It provides various methods and properties which can be used to specify the filter criteria. Please see sample code below to filter messages containing attachments from a PST file,
using (PersonalStorage personalStorage = PersonalStorage.FromFile(dataDir + "test.pst"))

PersonalStorageQueryBuilder builder = new PersonalStorageQueryBuilder();
