Method Converter excel to pdf in sharepoint don't overwrite?

The method:

// Convert to PDF format.
Converter.ConvertFile(srcFile, srcFile.ParentFolder, "sample.pdf", SaveFormat.Pdf);

works just if the file don't exist? This method has no option that overwrites?
