Attached are 2 sample files which are rendered a little bit worse in 16.2 (see screenshots).
The text is formatted in a different way than in MS PowerPoint.
The source code is just new Presentation and then GetThumbnail.

I have observed your comments and worked with the presentation files shared by you. I have been able to reproduce the issue.
