I’ve got the latest release of of Aspose.Words.dll (Version 7) and have encountered the "could not find file " error when converting to PDF.
Manually removing the font in question from the registry sorts the problem, this is fine for IT and developers. But we’ve found this error happenning on end-users PC’s. It’s caused by an older 3rd party program which re-installs the invalid font everytime they run the older system.
I can’t really get the IT department to clean the registry all the time. Is there an easy workaround for this? Or could a future update ignore the missing fonts rather than crashing?
