More shapes in GroupShape

Hi,

The attached PPT contains two group shapes each containing a Arrow and a text box. But when the presentation is parsed and the group shape is accessed , the number of shapes in the groupshape are 6 & 7. For one of the group shape only one line remains visible , but for the other one three of them remain visible. The code used to parse the PPT is also attached with the zip.

Please let us know the reason for this.
