I have a MS Word document which has user notations and comments. Please see the attached file. When I use ASPOSE.Words, the comments and notations in the margins do not show up. Please let me know if there is a way to make the comments and notations show up in the PDF.

Your document has revisions usually referred as tracking changes. There is no possibility to convert them to PDF as they are seen in MS Word. This information always looses. Probably you could develop a custom solution to achieve this but this could be difficult.
