MSG does not save to MHTML using C#

Hello, I have another file failing at the same location. I have attached for your records and testing.
I am curious if this is the same issue or not as the previously provided file?

I have worked with MSG file shared and have observed that process never completes on exporting to MHTML. An issue with ID EMAILNET-39713 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investgiate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the issue will be fixed.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as EMAILNET-39713) have been fixed in this update.
