Need details to achieve below requirement

Hi Team,

I have to attain the below requirement and I am expecting these features at your release.

Need the details for Word:

  1. Find Table using caption - Need to find and manipulate table using caption of the table
  2. Export as DataTable - Without reading cell by cell, Need to export 15 column 250 Rows need to export directly Datatable
  3. Need to Perform Merging of Row / Column
  4. Need to Find the Merged Row / Column

Yes, you can find a table by its caption. Table captions in MS Word are usually inserted as text with SEQ field:
Table { SEQ Table \* ARABIC }
So you need to find SEQ field with Table identifier and get the table next to the paragraph with this field.

There is no built in way to export MS Word table into DataTable, so to achieve this you will have to read the table row by row and cell by cell. The difficulty here is that table rows in MS Word are independent and can contain any number of cells of any width.

To merge cells vertically, you can use CellFormat.VerticalMerge. Horizontally merged cells can be done in two different ways: using CellFormat.HorizontalMerge or by simply setting cell width and making it wider.

CellFormat.VerticalMerge and CellFormat.HorizontalMerge can be used to identify merged cells, but as it has been already mentioned horizontally merged cells can be emulated by simply wide cells.
