Need Help Troubleshooting and Account Unlocked

I’m trying to transition our current internal word to pdf template/generation capabiliites to your service but now REST calls are failing (saying I’ve made more than 50 calls, which is true). Can you reset the demo account so I can continue to troubleshoot why the word temlate conversion is not working. Please reference ticket #225 for more details. Please note my email, you can infer that we are a potentially high value client if we can get this working. Many thanks.

You can create as many trial accounts as you want. Please create a new account and continue your testing. We will try to check your issues and resolve them the earliest possible. I will also move your query to concerned department to reset your existing account if feasible. Have you created this test account with david.hainlin@rackspace.com email address? If not, please share your login name.

Ok, I will try creating a new app within my account. My account is david.hainlin@rackspace.com. I don't have another email I wish to use for this purpose. Do I need to delete and then re-create the account with the same email address? Hopefully that is the case.
