Need Sample Code Using Streams

What is the syntax for outputing directly to the browzer? I tried:
'First a input pdf file should be assigned
Dim form As Form = New Form(“c:\inetpub\wwwroot\TestExtraReportWeb\testForm.pdf”, Response.OutputStream)

But this gives an error. “Specified method is not supported” during the form.Save()

Is the error is a compile-time error or runtime error? Could you post the further information about the error?
