Nested Multi Line Lists with Redlining

Hi,

We have an issue with Nested Multi Line Lists with Redlining.

If the list with redlining is exported from Word Office, the list structure is lost and all text is in bold.

Is there anything we can do about this?

Hi Milan,

Thanks for your inquiry. To ensure a timely and accurate response, please attach the following resources here for testing:

  • Your input Word document.
  • Please attach the output Word file that shows the undesired behavior.
  • Please create a simple Java application (source code without compilation errors) that helps us to reproduce your problem on our end and attach it here for testing.

As soon as you get these pieces of information ready, we'll start investigation into your issue and provide you more information. Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi, I have attached an example file.

When track changes are set in MS WORD, aspose will return just SINGLE LEVEL LIST instead of multi level list.

When track changes are turned off in MS WORD, aspose will return MULTI LEVEL LIST.

Hi Milan,

Thanks for sharing the document. We have converted the shared document to DOC, DOCX, and PDF file formats using latest version of Aspose.Words for Java 17.3.0. We have not found the shared issue. Please use Aspose.Words for Java 17.3.0. We have attached the output documents with this post for your kind reference.

If you still face problem, please share to which file format you are exporting the document. Please also share the code example (source code without compilation errors) here to reproduce the issue. Thanks for your cooperation.

Tahir,

I have tried a new version, but the same issue persist.

What we should try to do next?

Milan
