I am having trouble with nested regions, my xml is attached. There is a record, with a child table items, with a child table subitems. The items work fine, but the subitems is including all values, not just those relating to the parent item? The relations look fine in the dataset.

Thanks for your inquiry. I have tested the scenario and have not found any issue with subitems data while using latest version of Aspose.Words for .NET. Please use the latest version of Aspose.Words for .NET. I have attached the output Docx file with this post.
