[.Net 1.8.9.0+] Opening and saving an XLSB file modifies OLE objects

Hi,

We’ve encountered some strange behavior when working with xlsb documents. For some reason, when opening and then saving an xlsb document with an ole object (for example, an embedded powerpoint), the ole object will get split into a Picture type and another untyped object.

Attached I have a program.cs and an excel file to recreate the issue with. Thanks!
