Hi,

Well, NETWORKDAYS formula is not supported according to the supported formulas/functions list: http://www.aspose.com/documentation/.net-components/aspose.cells-for-.net/supported-formulas-functions.html
but you may use DAYS360 if it fits your requirements.

I have added your feature request for formula into our issue tracking system with an issue id: CELLSNET-13305. We will surely look into it and update your soon.
