The latest Aspose.Words.dll from 02/01/2019 is not digitally signed. Are you planning to provide a release that is? I see this question was posted in August 2018. Thank you.
Thanks for your inquiry. The Aspose.Words.dll is signed with SHA256. Please check the attached screenshot. Please download Aspose.Words for .NET 19.3 (DLLs only) to get the desired DLL.
