Previous version of aspose.excel sometimes brokes excel document by adding comments.
1. New version looks better (i dont test well), but when i add russian comment aspose add it in wrong encoding..
2. You are remove method SaveToStream and add new signature for Save. But documentation didnt change.

I cannot input Russian characters. Could you please post the file created with Aspose.Excel and the file with correct comments? That will help us to figure out this issue. And which version are you using?
About 2, thank you for the information. We had updated docs in setup msi but didn't update online docs. Now it's changed.
