No Aspose.Cells dll reference not found

I receive this error while trying to test the cells web sample:
The type or namespace name ‘Data’ does not exist in the namespace ‘Aspose.Cells.GridWeb’
also The type or namespace name ‘WebWorkSheet’ could not be found

Aspose.Cells.GridWeb reference is no good.
