Not able to access your Rest API

I am trying to access your Java Rest API, however I am getting internal server errot.
See Error below,
“java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://api.saaspose.com/v1.0/pdf/convert?format=html&appSID={appSID}&signature={signature}

Hi,

From error description, it looks like App SID and App Key are not set properly (or App Key is provided instead of App SID to SaasposeApp.setAppSID method). Please make sure if App SID and App Key are set properly and share your complete code if the problem persists.

Hi Nandha,

Same code is working for me so there is no issue in your code. I would like to share that you can process up to 1 MB files with trial account. Can you please confirm if your file is smaller than 1 MB? If you can share the input file, that will be helpful in reproducing the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you Muhammad. Yes, my file size greater than 1 MB that caused this
issue. Can you please tell how can I convert bigger files (>1MB)?.

Hi Nandha,

Sorry, we have 1MB restriction for trial accounts; you can either test with smaller files or sign up for Startup plan ($15 per month). Startup plan allows you to process up to 2MB files and if your files are larger than 2MB, you can pay additional $10 to process up to 10MB files or $20 to process up to 20MB files.
